Primal Roots Embodied Feminine Movement is a practice designed to allow your masks to be taken off, and fall into the primal nature of your being... Within sacred movement, where women have journeyed for much of history.

Feminine wisdom and instinct is born from the bones of our very own bodies, the same way we birth new life from our wombs.

Within the womb holds memories from our past, as well as the blueprint for our future, and to lean into the wisdom the body holds is the way to unlock our greatest power as women and mothers, breaking patterns of our matriarchal lineage.
