Rooted Women Circle

Rooted Women Circle is a nurturing, heart-led monthly gathering for women who are ready to come home to their bodies and remember the wisdom they carry.

Each second Sunday of the month, we’ll gather in my home in Menomonie, Wisconsin for an intimate evening of sharing, reflection, and gentle ritual. This is a cozy, grounded space where you can exhale, be witnessed as you are, and soften into the support of community.

We’ll explore themes of womanhood, the maiden-to-mother journey, self embodiment, and the sacred intelligence of the body. Through conversation, journaling, simple ceremony, and moments of stillness, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your emotions, your intuition, and your own inner guidance.
