Seeds of Birth program to prepare for pregnancy, birth and postpartum 8 sessions

Over time, our intuitive voice gets dulled and suppressed by how we eat, the lifestyle we live, and the conditioning of our culture. 3 month program 6 sessions(biweekly)

6 months of transition and self cultivation

This plan includes 5 sessions of 2 hours each. They can be combined to extend a visit to 4 hours or more if needed. Once paid for we can break down the schedule as needed dividing the hours up.
